Dr. Aakash Shah completed graduation (B.D.S.) in the year 1993 & post-graduation (M.D.S.) in 1997 in the field of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics from the esteemed institute- Government Dental College & Hospital, Ahmedabad. After attaining the master’s degree in Orthodontics, Dr. Aakash Shah has undergone numerous training/certificate programs under world renowned Orthodontists- Dr. John Bennett, Dr. Bob Borkowski, Dr. Fredrik Bergstrand, Dr. M. K. Prakash, Dr. R. B. Sable, etc. Currently, he is a Senior Professor & PG guide at prestigious Faculty of Dental Science college, Dharmsinh Desai University, Nadiad.

Balancing academics & clinical practice, Dr. Aakash Shah owns a private clinic in the heart of Ahmedabad wherein the entire focus is on orthodontics only (exclusive orthodontics). In the past, he has worked as a Consultant Orthodontist at two of Surat’s foremost clinics- Family Dental Centre & Innovate Smile Design Centre for more than 15 years. He has also served as an Honorary Consultant Orthodontist for atleast 10 years at reputed Pramukhswami Healthcare & Research Centre, Ahmedabad.

Dr. Aakash Shah has numerous publications to his name & is also an author of many chapters in a book titled “Textbook of Orthodontics” published by Jaypee publishers. He is invited as external examiner for Ph.D. as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s programs by various Universities across India. He has also chaired scientific sessions in National & International conferences.

Dr. Aakash Shah has a vast experience of more than 20 years of treating a variety of simple to complicated cases. He is immensely knowledgeable & proficient in the field of Orthodontics.
